16. Guard your confidential information and advise you how to do the same
17. Identify typical actions of a buyer entering the home buying market
18. Outline the types of financing and possible seller contribution
19. Discuss “pre-qualified” vs. “pre-approved” and the relative impact of each upon a successful closing
20. Compare and contrast pre-approved mortgages vs. cash
21. Define and explain “bridge loans”
22. Present the state seller disclosure laws and their rationale
23. Explain the role of Home Inspectors as hired by the buyer to review the property before purchase
